Philippines' First IoT-Enabled Mobility Sharing Project Launched at UPLB with E-Quads from SOLUTIONSplus

SOLUTIONSplus Team

Exciting Development in Shared Mobility Services in the Philippines!

We're thrilled to announce that the e-quads developed under the SOLUTIONSplus Pasig City demonstration project are now being tested as part of the innovative UPLB-Tipaklong Mobility Sharing Project at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). Launched on June 1, 2024, this initiative is a significant part of UPLB's broader Green Mobility Initiative.

This pioneering project is the first of its kind in the country, featuring IoT-enabled e-bikes, e-scooters, and mechanical bikes, aimed at providing convenient, affordable, and integrated mobility services within the UPLB campus.

SOLUTIONSplus and its partners have contributed to this initiative by lending the smart, multi-use e-quad developed in hashtag#Pasig City to test its potential in redistributing micro-mobility vehicles across more than 20 stations on campus.

Together, we are moving towards a greener, more efficient future for urban mobility!
