Please note that we will be conducting virtual bilateral meetings with all applicants to validate the selection and make the final decision on budget allocations. In these meetings more information and details about the proposal will be requested and discussed with the organizations.

 

The mentioned organizations will be contacted directly by one representative of SOLUTIONSplus to coordinate the date of the bilateral meeting in the coming days. If during the bilateral meeting, the organization does not provide enough evidence to show that the project is feasible and will be carried out with quality, the proposal will be disqualified. The SOLUTIONSplus committee may in this case select another proposal from the roaster following the same bilateral meeting process.

 

The applicants that aren´t mentioned above will not be contacted at this stage. However, depending on the results of the bilateral meetings with the preselected organizations and / or if there is additional budget available, the organizations with the next higher scores might be contacted for a bilateral meeting to assess the possibility of funding.
